By creating a TradeDesk account or using the TradeDesk service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. The service
TradeDesk provides a web-based job management platform for tradespeople, including tools for job scheduling, quoting, invoicing, client management, and AI-powered job notes ("the Service"). The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
2. Your account
You must be 18 years or older to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Ensuring all information you provide to TradeDesk is accurate and up to date
Notify us immediately at hello@tradedesk.com.au if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3. Free trial and billing
TradeDesk offers a 14-day free trial. During the trial you have full access to all features. No charge is made until the trial period ends.
- A valid payment method is required to start your trial
- If you cancel before day 14, you will not be charged anything
- After the trial, your subscription renews monthly on the same date
- Founding member pricing ($29/month) is locked in for the life of your account, provided your subscription remains active
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
4. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to the Service, contact us and we will work to resolve it promptly or issue a credit at our discretion.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use TradeDesk to:
- Violate any applicable Australian or international law
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent business information
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to TradeDesk systems or another user's account
- Upload malicious code, spam, or any content designed to disrupt the Service
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialise access to the Service without written permission
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
6. Your data and content
You own all data, content, and information you input into TradeDesk (your clients, jobs, quotes, invoices, etc.). By using the Service, you grant TradeDesk a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
We will never sell your data or use your business data for advertising purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Data storage and security
All data is stored on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure via Replit. We use encryption in transit and at rest, and perform daily automated backups. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no system is completely immune from risk and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure providers, internet outages, or circumstances beyond our control.
9. Intellectual property
TradeDesk, its logo, interface design, and underlying software are owned by us and protected by copyright. These terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, TradeDesk is not liable for:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Loss or corruption of data (though we take reasonable precautions)
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
11. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
14. Contact
